Sarah Mollison – Founder

Sarah is a mum of three and the founder of several children’s brands focused on safety, confidence, and inclusion. Through her work in the cycling and kids' activity space, she’s met countless families of children with disabilities, additional needs or complex medical conditions - many of whom face barriers to safe, active play.

Deeply moved by their stories and determined to make a bigger difference, Sarah launched Protect and Play CIC. Her goal is simple but powerful: to make sure no child is left out of play due to lack of gear, confidence, or support - and to give families the practical tools they need to feel seen, supported and safe.
